Requirements

  • Routing experience with wholesalers (strict requirement).
  • Previous experience in a 3PL, logistics, or supply chain environment.
  • Familiarity with retailer compliance standards, routing guides, and shipping procedures.
  • Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (preferably Extensiv or similar platforms).
  • Strong customer service orientation with a track record of building client relationships.
  • Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Typing speed of at least 40 WPM (typing test required).

Responsibilities

  • Be the main point of contact for assigned clients by handling inquiries and providing real-time updates on orders, inventory, and shipping.
  • Coordinate routing of orders to wholesalers, retailers, and other partners while ensuring compliance with routing guides.
  • Monitor and track orders using Warehouse Management Systems and communicate proactively about delays or issues.
  • Submit routing requests, schedule carrier pickups, and follow up on shipment status to guarantee on-time deliveries.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure accuracy in order picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Manage order exceptions such as cancellations, returns, and changes while keeping clients informed.
  • Keep thorough documentation of all client communications, updates, and resolutions.
  • Work with the WMS Manager to improve operational processes and service levels.
