Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related technical/HR field.
  • 6+ years of proven experience in recruiting top technical talent.
  • 4+ years of experience sourcing cleared technical talent (Public Trust to TS/SCI).
  • 3+ years of general recruiting experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, Visio).
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
  • Understanding of EEOC and OFCCP employment guidelines.
  • Demonstrated experience in a consultative or client-facing role.
  • Ability to work remotely with a high-speed internet connection and professional home office setup.
  • Ability to travel extensively as required for recruiting assignments.
  • Strong networking, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit and source qualified candidates for diverse technical positions across multiple industries.
  • Conduct full-cycle recruiting including screening, interviewing, and facilitating technical assessments.
  • Negotiate bill/cost rates and manage availability for employees and contractors.
  • Facilitate on-boarding, compliance, and orientation for new hires.
  • Provide proposal and business development support, including competitive assessments and capture management.
  • Maintain applicant databases and report on recruitment metrics.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and job fairs.
