Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related technical/HR field.
- 6+ years of proven experience in recruiting top technical talent.
- 4+ years of experience sourcing cleared technical talent (Public Trust to TS/SCI).
- 3+ years of general recruiting experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, Visio).
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
- Understanding of EEOC and OFCCP employment guidelines.
- Demonstrated experience in a consultative or client-facing role.
- Ability to work remotely with a high-speed internet connection and professional home office setup.
- Ability to travel extensively as required for recruiting assignments.
- Strong networking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and source qualified candidates for diverse technical positions across multiple industries.
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting including screening, interviewing, and facilitating technical assessments.
- Negotiate bill/cost rates and manage availability for employees and contractors.
- Facilitate on-boarding, compliance, and orientation for new hires.
- Provide proposal and business development support, including competitive assessments and capture management.
- Maintain applicant databases and report on recruitment metrics.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and job fairs.
