Requirements

  • 2+ years of Federal/DoD recruiting experience.
  • Solid proficiency in MS Office, specifically Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to create, build, and maintain an evolving pipeline of highly qualified, clearable IT candidates.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize searches against timelines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) systems preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, prioritize, and close searches against a timeline to hit customer requirements.
  • Develop innovative and proactive strategies to identify and fill pipeline with qualified candidates.
  • Utilize various tools to identify and attract candidates, including job boards, social networking, and databases.
  • Review new applicants and assess skill sets against specific job requisitions.
  • Input candidates into Clear Company (ATS) and manage the handoff for phone screens.
  • Forge strong relationships with business leaders and hiring managers.
