Requirements
- 2+ years of Federal/DoD recruiting experience.
- Solid proficiency in MS Office, specifically Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to create, build, and maintain an evolving pipeline of highly qualified, clearable IT candidates.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize searches against timelines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) systems preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage, prioritize, and close searches against a timeline to hit customer requirements.
- Develop innovative and proactive strategies to identify and fill pipeline with qualified candidates.
- Utilize various tools to identify and attract candidates, including job boards, social networking, and databases.
- Review new applicants and assess skill sets against specific job requisitions.
- Input candidates into Clear Company (ATS) and manage the handoff for phone screens.
- Forge strong relationships with business leaders and hiring managers.
