Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent experience.
- Ability to communicate fluently in verbal and written English.
- Computer literacy and ability to navigate required technology.
- Ability to support a diverse and inclusive work environment.
- Results-driven with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in time management.
- Knowledge of compliance regulations (e.g., U.S. Department of Education).
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to assigned graduate population to assess eligibility.
- Maintain accurate documentation and update student profiles.
- Coordinate web application and onboarding requests with support teams.
- Source candidates from student and graduate population.
- Build a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Conduct interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage candidate communications, including scheduling and status updates.
