Requirements
- Full working proficiency in both Dutch and English (written and spoken).
- Previous experience in B2B customer-facing roles (e.g., Customer Success, teaching, communication).
- Strong ownership, autonomy, and growth mindset.
- Ability to manage complex conversations and deliver proactive support.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Confidence in navigating technology and digital tools.
- Ability to train small groups of people and conduct occasional onsite meetings.
Responsibilities
- Train and onboard admins on Alan's product, workflows, and best practices.
- Own end-to-end admin support for a portfolio of key accounts, including handling requests and investigating issues.
- Manage complex or sensitive conversations with admins regarding payroll, invoicing, and billing.
- Anticipate risks and prevent blockers for key accounts.
- Design and scale operational guidelines, processes, and playbooks.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Key Account Managers and Product Specialists to surface improvements.
