Requirements

  • Full working proficiency in both Dutch and English (written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in B2B customer-facing roles (e.g., Customer Success, teaching, communication).
  • Strong ownership, autonomy, and growth mindset.
  • Ability to manage complex conversations and deliver proactive support.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Confidence in navigating technology and digital tools.
  • Ability to train small groups of people and conduct occasional onsite meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Train and onboard admins on Alan's product, workflows, and best practices.
  • Own end-to-end admin support for a portfolio of key accounts, including handling requests and investigating issues.
  • Manage complex or sensitive conversations with admins regarding payroll, invoicing, and billing.
  • Anticipate risks and prevent blockers for key accounts.
  • Design and scale operational guidelines, processes, and playbooks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Key Account Managers and Product Specialists to surface improvements.
