Requirements
- Proven ability to independently own and close complex, multi-stakeholder sales opportunities.
- Strong consultative selling capabilities, including discovery, objection handling, storytelling, and business case development.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic account plans within a defined territory or portfolio.
- Strong collaboration and influence skills to orchestrate cross-functional partners.
- Proficiency using CRM and sales enablement tools to manage pipeline, forecasting, and performance.
- Experience selling SaaS or technology solutions (preferred).
- Experience in healthcare, digital health, or care delivery platforms (preferred).
- Understanding of clinical, operational, and financial buyer dynamics in healthcare systems or post-acute care (preferred).
- Experience structuring moderate to high-complexity commercial agreements (preferred).
- Ability to effectively use approved AI tools to support daily work (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end sales execution across a defined territory or portfolio of named accounts to achieve revenue quotas.
- Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans based on whitespace and win/loss analysis.
- Build and expand executive-level relationships across clinical, operational, and financial stakeholder groups.
- Lead consultative sales opportunities by surfacing customer needs and aligning solutions to drive ROI.
- Structure and negotiate complex commercial deals while navigating procurement and legal processes.
- Utilize approved AI-enabled tools to improve productivity and ensure data accuracy in accordance with governance standards.
