Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a high-volume role.
  • Consultative selling experience.
  • Proven track record of consistent quota attainment and overachieving KPIs.
  • Experience working on complex deals.
  • Experience working in a fully remote environment.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and time management capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and with autonomy.
  • Experience selling HR or FinTech software is a plus.
  • Previous Employer of Record (EOR) experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business through outbound activity, SDR, partnership, and marketing-generated leads.
  • Target accounts and position RemoFirst benefits in collaboration with the SDR and marketing teams.
  • Present demos and take a consultative approach to demonstrate platform value.
  • Close sales deals at high velocity.
  • Track and report on sales progress using the company CRM.
  • Provide feedback to improve sales processes and help shape the sales tech stack.
