Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a high-volume role.
- Consultative selling experience.
- Proven track record of consistent quota attainment and overachieving KPIs.
- Experience working on complex deals.
- Experience working in a fully remote environment.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and time management capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and with autonomy.
- Experience selling HR or FinTech software is a plus.
- Previous Employer of Record (EOR) experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business through outbound activity, SDR, partnership, and marketing-generated leads.
- Target accounts and position RemoFirst benefits in collaboration with the SDR and marketing teams.
- Present demos and take a consultative approach to demonstrate platform value.
- Close sales deals at high velocity.
- Track and report on sales progress using the company CRM.
- Provide feedback to improve sales processes and help shape the sales tech stack.
