Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or retention marketing within a DTC or subscription-based environment
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Braze, including Canvas flows, segmentation, Liquid personalization, and campaign architecture
  • Experience integrating CDPs (preferably Segment) and managing event tracking schemas and real-time data flows
  • Proven track record managing both marketing and transactional messaging programs at scale
  • Strong understanding of email and SMS deliverability best practices, including authentication and sender reputation management
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks for campaign optimization
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Looker, GA, or similar platforms
  • Strong copywriting and messaging instincts across email and SMS channels
  • Ability to work independently with high ownership and strong cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

  • Own the Braze platform end-to-end, including Canvas architecture, segmentation design, event taxonomy, and data integration with CDPs such as Segment
  • Build and optimize lifecycle automation flows using advanced logic, personalization, and dynamic content
  • Manage all broadcast marketing campaigns including promotions, product education, launches, and re-engagement initiatives across email and SMS
  • Design and execute onboarding, transactional, and operational messaging such as prescriptions, lab updates, and refill communications
  • Develop segmentation and personalization strategies based on user behavior, lifecycle stage, and product usage patterns
  • Own deliverability strategy including sender reputation, authentication protocols, IP warming, and inbox placement optimization
  • Build reporting frameworks and dashboards to measure performance across engagement, conversion, and revenue attribution
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Growth, Customer Success, and Creative teams
