Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working in a call center environment
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities
- Passion for helping others
- Must obtain P&C license within 60 days of start date (cost covered by company)
- Comfortable working in a remote environment
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls from existing customers
- Process service requests such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers
- Manage lienholder information and send policy documents
- Help customers with questions regarding existing insurance policies, coverages, or benefits
- Retain policyholders by actively finding solutions for at-risk customers
