Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development or Corporate Education.
- Strong expertise in learning methodology, instructional design, and Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
- Working knowledge of learning frameworks such as Bloom's Taxonomy and Kolb's Learning Cycle.
- Experience managing learning projects from discovery through implementation.
- Strong project management skills including planning, task decomposition, estimation, and prioritization.
- Experience gathering requirements and driving alignment across diverse stakeholders.
- Experience working with SMEs to transform expertise into learning content.
- Upper-Intermediate English level with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and AI productivity tools.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and adapt to different communication styles.
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to identify learning needs and define clear objectives.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) through stakeholder and SME interviews.
- Align stakeholders on project scope, expectations, and success criteria.
- Design MVP concepts and educational programs using instructional design principles and learning frameworks.
- Collaborate with SMEs to extract, validate, and structure knowledge into learning content.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of small-to-medium projects including planning, prioritization, and timelines.
- Work with internal teams and external vendors to support learning delivery.
- Gather feedback and evaluate learning effectiveness to improve outcomes.
- Continuously improve learning design by researching and applying new tools and AI capabilities.
