Job Details

German language fluency at C1 or C2 level.
Fluent English communication skills.
5+ years of hands-on information security and GRC experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
Demonstrable experience leading at least 3 successful ISO 27001 certification projects as an implementer or auditor.
Hands-on experience with GRC platforms.
Cloud infrastructure knowledge across AWS, Azure, and GCP, including posture analysis and remediation planning.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage ambiguous initiatives.
Excellent written communication skills for creating precise compliance content.
Ability to operate with a strong ownership mindset in a senior individual contributor capacity.

Own and drive the compliance roadmap inside the Secfix platform across various frameworks including ISO 27001, TISAX, SOC 2, and GDPR.
Implement ISO 27001 and adjacent frameworks end-to-end for customers.
Mentor and upskill the compliance team by sharing expertise, reviewing work, and driving consistency.
Conduct internal audits for strategic customers and review internal audits performed by junior team members.
Act as a compliance partner to CSMs and sales reps, providing technical support for customer calls.
Develop high-quality compliance content, including policies, evidence templates, and security awareness training materials.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate audit feedback and compliance requirements into the platform.
Train certification partners and auditors on the Secfix platform to facilitate efficient audits.
