Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in legal operations, contract management, corporate paralegal, compliance, or a comparable business-facing legal role.
- Proven experience serving as a trusted resource to business stakeholders and helping teams navigate complex or ambiguous situations.
- Ability to identify issues, assess risk, distinguish between routine and novel matters, and know when escalation is required.
- Comfortable reviewing and managing common commercial agreements such as NDAs, vendor contracts, and order forms.
- Strong process orientation with experience improving workflows, documentation, and systems.
- Ability to operate independently, manage competing priorities, and drive work to completion.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for contract review, drafting, research, or workflow automation.
- Ability to build trust and credibility across functions and influence outcomes without formal authority.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a first point of contact for inbound legal, compliance, and operational requests from across the business.
- Gather facts, identify issues, spot risks, and provide preliminary guidance using established playbooks and frameworks.
- Draft, review, and manage a broad range of routine commercial agreements including NDAs, vendor and customer contracts, and order forms.
- Support and continuously improve Legal intake, triage, prioritization, and workflow management processes.
- Build and maintain Legal systems, knowledge resources, playbooks, and self-service tools.
- Partner closely with attorneys and business stakeholders to support growth efficiently.
- Pilot, evaluate, and roll out AI tools across Legal, developing prompts and workflows to improve speed and quality.
