Requirements
- 2-5 years of professional experience.
- Experience working in a consulting or sales environment.
- Experience using a CRM system, specifically Salesforce.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain high client focus.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines with various stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or Operations preferred.
- Passion for cloud technologies and continuous learning.
Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day management of Microsoft and channel partner incentives and funding.
- Manage a seven-figure annual funding target to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Lead Microsoft partner system engagement and co-sell motions.
- Facilitate Rhythm of Business (ROB) engagements with Microsoft and channel field sales leaders.
- Maintain accurate pipeline stages, documentation, and reporting in Salesforce.
- Coordinate with internal sales and delivery teams to navigate partner escalations.
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements for operational excellence.
- Provide guidance and informal mentorship to Alliance Specialists.
