- Source candidates through job boards, social platforms, referrals, and talent pipelines.
- Conduct screening, interviews, and selection processes.
- Maintain and optimize the ATS for accuracy, compliance, and candidate experience.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide insights to leadership.
