Requirements
- 3–7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with significant technology-focused hiring.
- Demonstrated success recruiting for federal government contracts and familiarity with cleared personnel hiring.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and the technology talent market.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., iCIMS, Taleo, Greenhouse, Lever).
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of OFCCP compliance, EEO regulations, and federal contracting standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to define hiring requirements and align recruiting strategies.
- Source technology talent across software engineering, cybersecurity, cloud computing, data science, and IT project management.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines.
- Recruit for federal contract positions requiring security clearances while ensuring compliance.
- Support commercial staffing initiatives.
- Conduct candidate assessments and behavioral interviews.
- Track recruiting performance metrics and maintain applicant tracking system records.
