Requirements

  • 3–7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with significant technology-focused hiring.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting for federal government contracts and familiarity with cleared personnel hiring.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and the technology talent market.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., iCIMS, Taleo, Greenhouse, Lever).
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of OFCCP compliance, EEO regulations, and federal contracting standards.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to define hiring requirements and align recruiting strategies.
  • Source technology talent across software engineering, cybersecurity, cloud computing, data science, and IT project management.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines.
  • Recruit for federal contract positions requiring security clearances while ensuring compliance.
  • Support commercial staffing initiatives.
  • Conduct candidate assessments and behavioral interviews.
  • Track recruiting performance metrics and maintain applicant tracking system records.
