- Experience in Product & Engineering recruitment.
- Background in high-growth tech or SaaS companies.
- Proficiency in an ATS (Greenhouse preferred).
- Proficiency in HIRS systems (Workday preferred).
- Experience working in a globally distributed team.
- Strong understanding of recruiting metrics and data-driven impact.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer stage.
- Build trusted relationships with leaders and hiring managers.
- Drive candidate pipelines through sourcing, outreach, and referrals.
- Manage high-volume requisitions in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- Provide market expertise and actionable insights on hiring trends.
- Influence stakeholders on hiring strategy and process.
