- Proven ability to self-source and build talent pipelines.
- Data-driven mindset with knowledge of recruiting metrics.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and highly organized.
- Proficiency in Greenhouse ATS and Workday HRIS.
- Experience with career frameworks and compensation bands.
- Experience working in a globally distributed team.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from intake to offer.
- Partner with leaders to provide market insights and hiring strategies.
- Drive candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, outreach, and referrals.
- Execute high-volume hiring across multiple requisitions.
- Act as a subject-matter expert on tech hiring trends and compensation.
- Influence and advise stakeholders on hiring outcomes.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate journey.
- Support scheduling, pre-boarding, and onboarding activities.
