- Demonstrated ability to build processes that balance rigor with flexibility.
- Strong judgment and discretion handling sensitive employee relations.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using HR analytics for decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in a fully remote, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a multi-year HR roadmap aligned with business growth.
- Translate HR strategy into actionable goals across recruiting, operations, total rewards, and development.
- Build and implement scalable HR systems, processes, and policies for a distributed organization.
- Oversee HR operations, including employee data, ticketing, and regulatory compliance.
- Define and evolve performance management frameworks, career paths, and role expectations.
- Partner with finance and leadership to design competitive compensation, benefits, and salary structures.
- Lead, manage, and coach a multi-disciplinary HR team.
