  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working in a fully remote, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a multi-year HR roadmap aligned with business growth.
  • Translate HR strategy into actionable goals across recruiting, operations, total rewards, and development.
  • Build and implement scalable HR systems, processes, and policies for a distributed organization.
  • Oversee HR operations, including employee data, ticketing, and regulatory compliance.
  • Define and evolve performance management frameworks, career paths, and role expectations.
  • Partner with finance and leadership to design competitive compensation, benefits, and salary structures.
  • Lead, manage, and coach a multi-disciplinary HR team.
