- Manage the employee lifecycle in the PEO (Justworks) including onboarding, offboarding, and leaves.
- Maintain compliance calendars, state registrations, and update company handbooks across jurisdictions.
- Administer benefit programs and serve as the liaison to benefits brokers and the PEO.
- Support offer letter creation and compensation benchmarking using Pave.
- Handle day-to-day employee relations issues including PIPs, accommodations, and conflict resolution.
- Draft and manage separation agreements and maintain documentation for pre-litigation matters.
- Support managers through performance cycles, calibrations, and difficult conversations.
- Manage HRIS data integrity and reporting cadence regarding headcount and attrition.
