Requirements
- 2–5+ years in inside sales, business development, or demand generation.
- Experience prospecting into enterprise or mid-market accounts.
- Familiarity with cloud, SaaS, or CX solutions (AWS preferred).
- Experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative sales environment.
- Highly proactive and self-motivated.
- Strong organizational discipline.
- Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders.
- Data-driven approach to outreach and pipeline.

Responsibilities
- Partner with AWS Field Sellers and TTEC Digital sales leadership to define target accounts and priority industries.
- Build and maintain structured target lists aligned to AWS and TTEC growth areas.
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and similar platforms to identify and research key decision-makers.
- Execute multi-channel prospecting campaigns including email, phone, and social outreach.
- Engage prospects to identify business needs and align them to TTEC Digital’s AWS solutions.
- Qualify opportunities and convert engagement into meetings for field sellers.
- Track activities and pipeline accurately within CRM and AWS tools.
- Stay current on AWS offerings, especially Amazon Connect and AI-driven solutions.
