Requirements

  • 2–5+ years in inside sales, business development, or demand generation.
  • Experience prospecting into enterprise or mid-market accounts.
  • Familiarity with cloud, SaaS, or CX solutions (AWS preferred).
  • Experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative sales environment.
  • Highly proactive and self-motivated.

  • Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Data-driven approach to outreach and pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with AWS Field Sellers and TTEC Digital sales leadership to define target accounts and priority industries.
  • Build and maintain structured target lists aligned to AWS and TTEC growth areas.
  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and similar platforms to identify and research key decision-makers.
  • Execute multi-channel prospecting campaigns including email, phone, and social outreach.
  • Engage prospects to identify business needs and align them to TTEC Digital’s AWS solutions.
  • Qualify opportunities and convert engagement into meetings for field sellers.
  • Track activities and pipeline accurately within CRM and AWS tools.
  • Stay current on AWS offerings, especially Amazon Connect and AI-driven solutions.
