Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales role.
  • Proven experience prospecting into healthcare organizations, payers, health systems, or healthcare SaaS companies.
  • Strong proficiency in cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Ability to research accounts and identify relevant stakeholders within complex organizations.
  • Personalization skills to align outreach with business priorities and healthcare challenges.
  • Clear, confident communication style suitable for engaging healthcare executives.
  • Highly organized and metric-driven approach to sales activity.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM software is preferred.
  • Familiarity with value-based care, SDOH, or health equity initiatives is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Execute targeted outreach through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Engage stakeholders across healthcare organizations including Population Health, Care Management, and Operations leaders.
  • Build personalized messaging based on organization priorities and member engagement goals.
  • Research health systems, payers, and community health networks to identify key decision-makers.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book high-quality meetings for Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings.
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking and reporting in HubSpot.
  • Partner closely with Enterprise AEs, Marketing, and GTM leadership.
