Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales role.
- Proven experience prospecting into healthcare organizations, payers, health systems, or healthcare SaaS companies.
- Strong proficiency in cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Ability to research accounts and identify relevant stakeholders within complex organizations.
- Personalization skills to align outreach with business priorities and healthcare challenges.
- Clear, confident communication style suitable for engaging healthcare executives.
- Highly organized and metric-driven approach to sales activity.
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM software is preferred.
- Familiarity with value-based care, SDOH, or health equity initiatives is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Execute targeted outreach through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn.
- Engage stakeholders across healthcare organizations including Population Health, Care Management, and Operations leaders.
- Build personalized messaging based on organization priorities and member engagement goals.
- Research health systems, payers, and community health networks to identify key decision-makers.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book high-quality meetings for Enterprise Account Executives.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings.
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and reporting in HubSpot.
- Partner closely with Enterprise AEs, Marketing, and GTM leadership.
