Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of Sales Development or Business Development experience
- At least 1 year of experience focused on the Singapore market
- Strong understanding of the Singapore business landscape, key industries, and local decision-making processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding lead-gen and SDR quotas
- Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, or SalesLoft
- Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment
- Willingness to operate on Singapore business hours (GMT+8)
Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new leads in the Singapore market via cold calls, emails, social selling, and other outbound channels
- Conduct research on target companies and personas to build tailored outreach campaigns
- Qualify inbound and outbound prospects through discovery calls and email engagement
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot)
- Collaborate with Account Executives to schedule product demos and hand off qualified opportunities
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs (e.g., number of qualified meetings, pipeline value)
- Provide feedback to Marketing on messaging effectiveness and market trends in Singapore
