Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 2+ years of Sales Development or Business Development experience
  • At least 1 year of experience focused on the Singapore market
  • Strong understanding of the Singapore business landscape, key industries, and local decision-making processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding lead-gen and SDR quotas
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, or SalesLoft
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment
  • Willingness to operate on Singapore business hours (GMT+8)

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new leads in the Singapore market via cold calls, emails, social selling, and other outbound channels
  • Conduct research on target companies and personas to build tailored outreach campaigns
  • Qualify inbound and outbound prospects through discovery calls and email engagement
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot)
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to schedule product demos and hand off qualified opportunities
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs (e.g., number of qualified meetings, pipeline value)
  • Provide feedback to Marketing on messaging effectiveness and market trends in Singapore
