Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an SDR or similar role, particularly within the SaaS sector.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment practices and candidate sourcing via LinkedIn.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Prior experience in developing and executing LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients to introduce our services and generate interest.
  • Qualify inbound leads from various marketing channels and respond promptly to inquiries.
  • Schedule appointments and product demonstrations for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine sales strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries and concerns.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
