Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an SDR or similar role, particularly within the SaaS sector.
- Strong understanding of recruitment practices and candidate sourcing via LinkedIn.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Prior experience in developing and executing LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients to introduce our services and generate interest.
- Qualify inbound leads from various marketing channels and respond promptly to inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Maintain and update accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries and concerns.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
