Requirements

  • 2–4 years of inside sales or business development experience in a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed individual sales quotas.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), sales engagement tools, and prospecting platforms.
  • Comfortable conducting demos and presenting to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and needs assessments to understand customer requirements.
  • Manage and progress a pipeline of qualified opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing to follow up on inbound leads and nurture prospects through the funnel.
  • Customize product messaging and proposals based on prospect needs, challenges, and business goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth handoff and onboarding of closed deals.
  • Stay up to date on product offerings, competitive landscape, and market trends.
