Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in full-cycle sales and navigating complex enterprise deals.
  • Familiarity or willingness to learn sales technologies for prospecting.
  • Ability to work in limited process environments as a self-starter.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly and objectively share observations.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a client-obsessed approach.
  • Collaborative team player focused on collective success.
  • Experience with BANT or MEDDIC sales methodologies is preferred.
  • Bonus: Previous selling experience in Software Engineering, Data Science, or Machine Learning.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with AI/ML stakeholders and be an active member of the community.
  • Conduct discovery with prospects and share the Arize vision.
  • Run a sophisticated prospecting strategy to find new business opportunities.
  • Create sales plays, write talk tracks, and strategically identify prospects.
  • Deeply research accounts, stakeholders, and competitors.
  • Manage proof of concepts, drive adoption, and grow accounts.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure success.
  • Understand use cases, scope licensing, and identify new workloads.
