  • Proven full-cycle sales experience with the ability to navigate complex enterprise deals.
  • Experience or familiarity with BANT or MEDDIC sales methodologies.
  • Self-starter mindset comfortable working in limited-process environments.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate field observations into actionable insights.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a client-obsessed approach.
  • Team-oriented mindset focused on collective success.
  • Willingness to learn and utilize sales technologies for prospecting.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with AI/ML stakeholders and participate actively in the industry community.
  • Conduct discovery calls with prospects to share the Arize vision and identify business needs.
  • Execute sophisticated prospecting strategies to identify and capture new business opportunities.
  • Create sales plays, develop talk tracks, and conduct deep research on accounts and competitors.
  • Manage proof of concepts, drive platform adoption, and grow existing accounts.
  • Navigate complex internal and external stakeholder landscapes to ensure deal success.
  • Scope licensing agreements and identify additional technical workloads.
