Requirements
- 3+ years as an SEO strategist or equivalent at a digital marketing or web agency
- Deep expertise in technical SEO, content optimization and analytics
- Fluency in modern SEO platforms and methodologies
- Strong foundational understanding of AI-driven search and answer engines
- Proven success in analyzing data and using analytics tools for marketing decisions
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively across various clients and initiatives
- Experience with different website builds
- Comfort with ambiguity and fast-moving scopes
- Familiarity with project management and workspace tools: ClickUp, Slack, Google Workspace, AI Tools
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral
- Strong attention to detail and organization
Responsibilities
- Lead client communications and strategy for SEO/AEO accounts
- Perform SEO and AEO audits on client and potential client sites
- Analyze performance metrics including traffic, rankings, conversions, and pipeline impact
- Manage client expectations and resolve account-related issues
- Coordinate internal tasks and track project scope using Slack and ClickUp
- Develop frameworks for answer engine optimization (AEO) and AI search readiness
