Requirements

- Direct familiarity with AI search platforms and their citation surfacing mechanisms.
- Structured thinking ability to build and maintain tracking and testing processes.
- Strong written communication skills for translating platform behavior into content recommendations.
- Experience working cross-functionally with content, product marketing, and design teams.
- Background in B2B SaaS, fintech, or regtech preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Profound and GEO/AEO measurement workflows.
- Experience with automations or monitoring agents (n8n, Zapier, or API integrations).
- Familiarity with GA4, GSC, Semrush, SE Ranking, and Bing Webmaster Tools.
- Basic JavaScript or comfort reading technical documentation.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and grow brand and product visibility across LLM-powered platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.
- Build and maintain per-platform prompt libraries to systematically test and track citation performance.
- Analyze citation share data to identify gaps and build prioritized action plans.
- Develop and refine buyer persona query sets based on AI tool search behaviors.
- Collaborate with the content team to iterate on GEO/AEO content guidance.
- Run structured experiments to test content formats and sources that drive citation performance.
- Own Profound reporting for AI search visibility metrics and maintain actionable performance dashboards.
