Requirements
- Minimum of two years of accounting experience.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office suite, specifically Excel (pivot tables and vlookups) and PowerPoint.
- Extremely detail-oriented with ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and grow with the organization.
- Team player with high integrity and ethics.
- Experience with NetSuite and Concur preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare routine journal entries and support accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, and expense allocations.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts including cash, bank, accrued expenses, and intercompany accounts.
- Review coding accuracy for AP, support vendor payments, and verify employee expense compliance.
- Prepare schedules for monthly financial statements and provide variance analysis.
- Maintain SOPs, document processes, and support system data validation.
- Act as backup for semi-monthly payroll processing and manage 401k support.
