Requirements

  • Deep, comprehensive full-cycle GTM recruiting experience in global software or tech companies.
  • Experience hiring for account executives, solutions/presales engineers, and sales leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of interfacing with and influencing VP+ business executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Mastery of recruiting tactics, complex compensation negotiation, and executive closing strategies.
  • Expertise in data modeling, external market mapping, and leveraging talent intelligence.
  • Demonstrated success managing high-stakes candidate journeys and architecting strategic recruiting plans.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a history of mentoring recruiters and leading org-wide initiatives.
  • Proficiency with ATS/CRM platforms, candidate relationship management systems, and AI recruiting tools.
  • Ability to operate autonomously in a remote, fast-paced environment with minimal oversight.
  • Exceptional communication, critical thinking, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an expert-level talent advisor and strategic thought partner to GTM and Sales leadership.
  • Model talent scenarios using market analytics and internal data to guide senior leadership.
  • Own high-stakes, end-to-end recruitment for complex GTM searches.
  • Design and scale regional and global recruiting programs that institutionalize high hiring standards.
  • Mentor TA and People Partnerships teams while influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Develop and deliver structured interview frameworks to mitigate bias.
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with VP-level executives and cross-functional partners.
