Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, GTM systems, automation, applied AI, or solutions engineering.
- Proven experience as an AI GTM Engineer or in a hands-on workflow-building role.
- Demonstrated success designing and deploying AI-enabled workflows for business processes.
- Experience translating business problems into practical systems and operating solutions.
- Proficiency in prompt engineering, workflow orchestration, structured content, and automation logic.
- Strong people leadership potential or experience in coaching and developing teams.
- Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong execution discipline, including testing, documentation, and prioritization.
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and no-code/low-code orchestration tools preferred.
- Experience in industrial software or enterprise SaaS preferred.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the roadmap for AI-enabled GTM workflows to improve speed, quality, and consistency.
- Personally design, build, and deploy high-priority AI workflows for research, content, and campaign execution.
- Lead, coach, and develop a small team of AI GTM Engineers while maintaining individual contributor output.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Revenue teams to integrate AI workflows into daily GTM operations.
- Establish governance, documentation standards, and quality controls for AI-generated output.
- Define and track success metrics to demonstrate business impact and workflow adoption.
