Requirements
- Experience in an operations or support role, preferably within tech or mental healthcare.
- Experience working with medical providers, pharmacies, and labs.
- Demonstrated experience with prescription prior authorizations and tools such as CoverMyMeds.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize duties to maintain high-quality patient experiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact compassionately with clients and providers.
- Experience learning new tools and monitoring business metrics.
- Demonstrated experience building or iterating on operational processes.
- Skilled at maintaining focus and delivering in rapidly changing or ambiguous environments.
- Experience working on cross-functional projects and creating professional communications.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to patients throughout their care journey, including entry and logistics.
- Act as a liaison between patients and providers regarding treatment, appointments, and follow-up actions like labs.
- Ensure security and confidentiality of patient and provider data in compliance with HIPAA.
- Manage urgent patient requests related to prescription issues or medication side effects.
- Assist clinicians with administrative, tooling, or patient-specific inquiries.
- Execute non-clinical tasks such as obtaining medical records and completing prescription prior authorizations.
- Monitor operational workflows to ensure compliance and identify optimization opportunities.
- Design and implement new processes in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
