Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to work during US time zone hours
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer data to derive insights for service improvements
  • Maintain and update customer databases
  • Utilize Excel/Google Sheets to manipulate and analyze data effectively
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally
  • Manage customer support tickets, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
  • Perform various administrative duties, including document preparation, filing, and scheduling
  • Support other departments with administrative tasks as required
