Requirements

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to work during US time zone hours
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer data to derive insights for service improvements
- Maintain and update customer databases
- Utilize Excel/Google Sheets to manipulate and analyze data effectively
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally
- Manage customer support tickets, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
- Perform various administrative duties, including document preparation, filing, and scheduling
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as required
