Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience, ideally in business, healthcare administration, operations, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in process management, process improvement, or operational analytics within healthcare or a regulated environment.
- Hands-on experience with process mapping and end-to-end workflow analysis.
- Familiarity with methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN, or similar frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable improvements.
- Experience using tools such as Excel and other data or reporting platforms; SQL or similar tools are a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed analysis of existing provider operations and healthcare-related workflows, including process mapping, data collection, and identification of inefficiencies or gaps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define process improvement goals and translate them into actionable requirements and solutions.
- Develop and implement standardized process documentation, SOPs, workflow diagrams, and operational guidelines to improve consistency and efficiency.
- Apply process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM frameworks to identify bottlenecks, reduce waste, and enhance performance.
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions with internal teams to support process redesign and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor process performance using metrics and reporting tools, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Support automation and system enhancement initiatives in partnership with technology and product teams.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, internal policies, and healthcare operational standards.
