Requirements
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota in software or technology services sales.
- Experience selling SaaS, technology solutions, or consulting to engineering and product leaders.
- Demonstrated ability in prospecting and outbound selling to identify and reach decision-makers.
- Confidence leading executive-level conversations and handling complex negotiations.
- Experience managing and closing six-figure+ deals.
- Self-starter with demonstrated grit, resilience, and adaptability.
- Exceptional relationship-building and storytelling skills.
- Collaborative mindset to share insights and partner with team members.
- Growth mindset with a focus on continuous learning and feedback.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new opportunities with digital product and technology executives.
- Qualify, advance, and close inbound leads from marketing and partners.
- Execute cold-calling on assigned high-value prospects.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiating and closing.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through research and persistent outreach.
- Operate as the regional lead to grow revenue and deepen client relationships.
- Partner with the VP of Strategic Development to define and penetrate target accounts.
