  • Demonstrated ability in prospecting and outbound selling to identify and reach decision-makers.
  • Confidence leading executive-level conversations and handling complex negotiations.
  • Experience managing and closing six-figure+ deals.
  • Self-starter with demonstrated grit, resilience, and adaptability.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and storytelling skills.
  • Collaborative mindset to share insights and partner with team members.
  • Growth mindset with a focus on continuous learning and feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new opportunities with digital product and technology executives.
  • Qualify, advance, and close inbound leads from marketing and partners.
  • Execute cold-calling on assigned high-value prospects.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiating and closing.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through research and persistent outreach.
  • Operate as the regional lead to grow revenue and deepen client relationships.
  • Partner with the VP of Strategic Development to define and penetrate target accounts.
