Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in infrastructure technology sales.
- Demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement in a competitive environment.
- Strong communication skills for all channels (in-person, online, written).
- Ability to form strong working relationships virtually and in person.
- Adaptability in high-velocity technology companies.
- Expertise in Salesforce pipeline management.
- Energetic, upbeat, and tenacious team player mindset.
- Familiarity with open source technology is an advantage.
- Experience using Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Identify new opportunities to expand Grafana usage within top existing accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships at the executive level.
- Create and execute strategic plans for the defined account set.
- Meet and exceed individual quarterly and annual sales goals.
- Manage all aspects of the sales process, including prospecting, meetings, demos, proofs of concept, proposals, and negotiations.
- Cultivate sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
- Understand and convey the value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise.
- Manage sales pipeline in Salesforce, including quote creation and order processing.
