Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in infrastructure technology sales.
  • Demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement in a competitive environment.
  • Strong communication skills for all channels (in-person, online, written).
  • Ability to form strong working relationships virtually and in person.
  • Adaptability in high-velocity technology companies.
  • Expertise in Salesforce pipeline management.
  • Energetic, upbeat, and tenacious team player mindset.
  • Familiarity with open source technology is an advantage.
  • Experience using Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new opportunities to expand Grafana usage within top existing accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships at the executive level.
  • Create and execute strategic plans for the defined account set.
  • Meet and exceed individual quarterly and annual sales goals.
  • Manage all aspects of the sales process, including prospecting, meetings, demos, proofs of concept, proposals, and negotiations.
  • Cultivate sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
  • Understand and convey the value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise.
  • Manage sales pipeline in Salesforce, including quote creation and order processing.
