Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in FMCG, CPG, packaging, or consumer products.
- Strong portfolio covering packaging, branding, print, presentation, and digital design.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Deep understanding of packaging production, print processes, and prepress requirements.
- Experience working with global suppliers and manufacturers.
- Experience using AI design tools to enhance workflows.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
- Capable of collaborating across international time zones (Australia, Asia, USA).
Responsibilities
- Design packaging solutions including stand-up pouches, cartons, labels, and retail-ready display cases.
- Manage artwork from concept through to final production and prepress.
- Review proofs and coordinate with global printers and manufacturers in China and Thailand.
- Create physical mock-ups and production-ready files using metric and US measurement systems.
- Design marketing collateral including pitch decks, catalogues, flyers, and digital assets for web and social media.
- Collaborate with the Head of Product Development in Sydney and Technical Director in California.
