- Deep understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual communication principles
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Willingness to complete a design trial as part of the hiring process
- Personal computer/laptop suitable for professional graphic design
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
