Requirements
- Graduate of any bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 1-year total experience, with 1-2 years specifically in Graphic Design.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in layouts, graphics fundamentals, typography, and print/web design.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, and InDesign.
- Compelling portfolio demonstrating a range of creative print and digital projects.
- Ability to work graveyard shift (US work hours).
- Reliable home office setup including noise-canceling USB headset, webcam, and stable internet (25 Mbps main/10 Mbps backup).
- Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
- Solid organizational and time management skills.
Responsibilities
- Design content for blogs, articles, website pages, social media posts, and emails.
- Upload graphic content and manage publishing schedules.
- Gather information about industry trends, articles, and videos.
- Coordinate with content writers to create illustrations.
- Test graphics across various media and proofread visual materials.
- Execute visual concepts that combine brand identity with marketing strategies.
- Create video and motion graphics consistent with company branding.
- Track and coordinate the execution of marketing campaign schedules.
