Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in lifecycle or email marketing, demand generation, ABM, or marketing automation in a B2B environment.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Pardot, HubSpot, or Marketo.
- Demonstrated experience designing nurture programs that move leads to a clear conversion.
- Experience running ABM programs and coordinating with sales on named accounts.
- Familiarity with intent data and ABM platforms such as 6sense or comparable systems.
- Comfort with Salesforce CRM.
- Strong analytical skills, including funnel and conversion analysis.
- Working knowledge of email deliverability fundamentals.
- Comfort working alongside AI tools to accelerate output and quality.
- Outcome-oriented mindset with comfort owning performance metrics.
Responsibilities
- Own the lead lifecycle from marketing-accepted lead through demo requested.
- Design and run nurture programs and journeys by segment and stage.
- Manage email deliverability, sending reputation, and list health.
- Build and run multi-channel account-based marketing (ABM) plays against named target accounts.
- Coordinate closely with sales teams to ensure marketing and sales plays are sequenced.
- Measure account-level engagement, pipeline influence, and demo generation.
- Continuously test subject lines, offers, and sequences to optimize conversion rates.
