Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in lifecycle or email marketing, demand generation, ABM, or marketing automation in a B2B environment.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Pardot, HubSpot, or Marketo.
  • Demonstrated experience designing nurture programs that move leads to a clear conversion.
  • Experience running ABM programs and coordinating with sales on named accounts.
  • Familiarity with intent data and ABM platforms such as 6sense or comparable systems.
  • Comfort with Salesforce CRM.
  • Strong analytical skills, including funnel and conversion analysis.
  • Working knowledge of email deliverability fundamentals.
  • Comfort working alongside AI tools to accelerate output and quality.
  • Outcome-oriented mindset with comfort owning performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Own the lead lifecycle from marketing-accepted lead through demo requested.
  • Design and run nurture programs and journeys by segment and stage.
  • Manage email deliverability, sending reputation, and list health.
  • Build and run multi-channel account-based marketing (ABM) plays against named target accounts.
  • Coordinate closely with sales teams to ensure marketing and sales plays are sequenced.
  • Measure account-level engagement, pipeline influence, and demo generation.
  • Continuously test subject lines, offers, and sequences to optimize conversion rates.
