Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Compensation, or a related analytical role.
  • Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end commission processes, including plan administration and payout calculations.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, data modelling, and pivot tables.
  • Experience using AI tools for data analysis.
  • Experience working with commission management platforms (Xactly Incent preferred).
  • Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Excellent attention to detail with a track record of high accuracy in data-intensive environments.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex compensation rules to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end commission management for the API Business Unit, including calculation, processing, plan transitions, and UAT testing in Xactly Incent.
  • Maintain HR commission files weekly, including new joiners, LOAs, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
  • Support quota planning and management, including quota assignments by region and rep, adjustments, and ramp-up configurations.
  • Prepare and distribute reports and analytics on commission payouts, attainment summaries, and budget vs. actuals for leadership.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Sales, Finance, and HR on all commission and quota matters while driving process improvements.
