Requirements

  • Deep, hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager across Facebook and Instagram (non-negotiable).
  • Proven success scaling DTC consumer brands on Meta Ads.
  • Strong command of campaign structure, ad set architecture, and creative testing frameworks.
  • Experience managing and scaling ad spend efficiently.
  • Solid understanding of Meta Pixel and conversion event setup.
  • High proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets for performance analysis.
  • Comfort operating independently with full accountability for results.
  • Detail-oriented, fast-moving, and thrives in accountability-heavy environments.

Responsibilities

  • Fully own the Meta Ads backend across Facebook and Instagram.
  • Build, maintain, and iterate campaign, ad set, and ad architecture.
  • Execute daily creative uploads, swaps, and testing across multiple formats.
  • Manage budgets, scaling spend and reallocating based on performance signals.
  • Optimize across the full funnel within Meta, including prospecting, retargeting and retention.
  • Drive performance against core KPIs, including CPA, ROAS, CPM, CTR and CPC.
  • Make rapid, data-driven optimizations directly inside Meta Ads Manager.
  • Collaborate with creative and growth teams to provide actionable performance feedback.
