- Manage paid media campaigns across Tiktok, Instagram & Youtube including ad uploading, budget pacing, optimizations and bidding
- Develop media planning for campaigns including daily/hourly pacing plans
- Plan and execute tests including ideation, prioritization, and test roadmap
- Follow and refine agency processes to contribute to quarterly bonus goals
- Conduct competitive research to monitor creative trends and competitor strategies
- Collaborate with designers, actors, videographers and web developers on ads and landing pages
- Perform audits and reporting on accounts twice a week with performance insights and optimization opportunities
