Requirements

  • Experience in account management within an FMCG environment (Tesco or Top 4 experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of P&L management, forecasting, and business development within grocery retail.
  • Proven ability to build and deliver joint business plans and negotiate effectively.
  • Experience managing senior-level relationships internally and externally.
  • Ability to influence decision-makers and present at various organisational levels.
  • Proficiency with CRM, forecasting tools, and Google Office suite.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the soft drinks portfolio within Tesco to drive accelerated growth.
  • Take ownership of the P&L, including leading JBP negotiations and managing promotions.
  • Forecast and report accurately through the monthly cycle.
  • Build and maintain strong internal cross-functional and external Tesco stakeholder relationships.
  • Develop comprehensive joint business plans with the Tesco Controller.
  • Analyse data from sources like Dunnhumby, Kantar, and Circana to turn insights into action.
