Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in event planning, client support, customer service, or retail operations.
- Proven success in executing events, client experiences, or brand activations.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Teams, and Slack.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently for trade shows and events.
- Experience managing vendor relations and logistics.
- Network of industry vendors and service providers preferred.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute wholesale showroom events and private group dinners.
- Manage end-to-end event logistics including catering, rentals, staffing, and decor.
- Coordinate Julie Vos in-store appearances and maintain the Retailer Event Playbook.
- Execute visual merchandising initiatives across retail partners and showrooms.
- Manage budgets, event calendars, and timelines for regional and national events.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Julie Vos and wholesale retail partners.
- Oversee event inventory, shipping, and installation of branded displays.
