Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in event planning, client support, customer service, or retail operations.
  • Proven success in executing events, client experiences, or brand activations.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Teams, and Slack.
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently for trade shows and events.
  • Experience managing vendor relations and logistics.
  • Network of industry vendors and service providers preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute wholesale showroom events and private group dinners.
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics including catering, rentals, staffing, and decor.
  • Coordinate Julie Vos in-store appearances and maintain the Retailer Event Playbook.
  • Execute visual merchandising initiatives across retail partners and showrooms.
  • Manage budgets, event calendars, and timelines for regional and national events.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Julie Vos and wholesale retail partners.
  • Oversee event inventory, shipping, and installation of branded displays.
