Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of retail automotive experience.
  • Extensive experience in dealership fixed operations processes and workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Outstanding customer service and de-escalation skills with a high sense of urgency.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in organization, prioritization, and time management to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
  • BA/BS preferred.
  • 3+ years of dealership experience preferred.
  • Understanding of CDK's organization structure, solutions, and service models preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop productive working relationships with the CSM team to provide product-specific expertise to low-touch clients.
  • Demonstrate CDK product functionality and industry insights within fixed operations.
  • Guide customers on parts and service application utilization benchmarks and best practices.
  • Complete client training, consultation, and operational adjustments to drive value and adoption.
  • Escalate blockers to Customer Care to ensure client success and visible value.
  • Maintain consistent documentation of dealer engagements regarding performance improvements and new product adoption.
  • Participate in digital success webinars for customers.
