Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of retail automotive experience.
- Extensive experience in dealership fixed operations processes and workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Outstanding customer service and de-escalation skills with a high sense of urgency.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in organization, prioritization, and time management to meet deadlines.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
- BA/BS preferred.
- 3+ years of dealership experience preferred.
- Understanding of CDK's organization structure, solutions, and service models preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop productive working relationships with the CSM team to provide product-specific expertise to low-touch clients.
- Demonstrate CDK product functionality and industry insights within fixed operations.
- Guide customers on parts and service application utilization benchmarks and best practices.
- Complete client training, consultation, and operational adjustments to drive value and adoption.
- Escalate blockers to Customer Care to ensure client success and visible value.
- Maintain consistent documentation of dealer engagements regarding performance improvements and new product adoption.
- Participate in digital success webinars for customers.
