Requirements

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, or Marketing.
  • 7–10 years of relevant experience in Client Services or Account Management.
  • Experience in the BPO, Contact Center, or Customer Experience industry.
  • Industry expertise supporting clients in the CX BPO healthcare sector.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of business cycles, budgeting, and financial management.
  • Solution-oriented mindset and high responsiveness.
  • Ability to align individual goals with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain client account plans to drive satisfaction, retention, and service expansion.
  • Manage achievement of operational effectiveness and revenue generation goals.
  • Support client relationships and attend strategic meetings and reviews.
  • Partner with Directors to maintain global strategic client relationships.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for operational effectiveness and technology requirements.
  • Lead regular communication forums and strategic leadership meetings.
  • Assess client concerns regarding programs and business objectives.
  • Perform client performance and profitability analysis to develop optimization plans.
