Requirements
- Associate degree or 2 years of progressively responsible, related experience.
- Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing recruitment strategies.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and persuasively.
- Ability to be self-directed and meet multiple deadlines.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Successful passage of background, reference, psychological, and controlled substance tests.
Responsibilities
- Monitor requisitions within an applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Screen and interview applicants for field-level security roles.
- Source candidates using various dashboards and resume databases.
- Create profiles based on hiring needs across different market locations.
- Analyze recruitment data to provide recommendations to management for process improvements.
- Maintain ATS compliance and operational functions.
