Requirements

  • Proven track record of designing and implementing recruitment strategies.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and persuasively.
  • Ability to be self-directed and meet multiple deadlines.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Successful passage of background, reference, psychological, and controlled substance tests.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor requisitions within an applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Screen and interview applicants for field-level security roles.
  • Source candidates using various dashboards and resume databases.
  • Create profiles based on hiring needs across different market locations.
  • Analyze recruitment data to provide recommendations to management for process improvements.
  • Maintain ATS compliance and operational functions.
