Requirements
- 10+ years of revenue operations or related experience with a B2B software company.
- Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC) including design, database management, and administration.
- Superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities for complex business situations.
- Demonstrated experience in new business acquisition and recurring revenue/renewals.
- Experience defining and developing scalable business processes across G&A, Finance, Accounting, Legal, and Sales.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills managing cross-functional teams.
- Experience in both strategic long-term planning and tactical short-term operations.
- Proficiency in Sales best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Masters/MBA desirable).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive consistent Geo business cadence, forecast accuracy, and CRM hygiene.
- Deliver scheduled business insights and recommendations for course correction or growth.
- Enhance dashboards and reporting to improve sales productivity and track KPIs.
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement to deliver impactful sales training and onboarding.
- Govern the regional sales annual planning process, including quota, headcount, and territory management.
- Identify and execute opportunities for sales process enhancement across Marketing, Finance, and HR.
- Lead initiatives through GTM shifts, compensation changes, and coverage realignments.
