Requirements

  • 10+ years of revenue operations or related experience with a B2B software company.
  • Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC) including design, database management, and administration.
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities for complex business situations.
  • Demonstrated experience in new business acquisition and recurring revenue/renewals.
  • Experience defining and developing scalable business processes across G&A, Finance, Accounting, Legal, and Sales.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills managing cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in both strategic long-term planning and tactical short-term operations.
  • Proficiency in Sales best practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Masters/MBA desirable).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive consistent Geo business cadence, forecast accuracy, and CRM hygiene.
  • Deliver scheduled business insights and recommendations for course correction or growth.
  • Enhance dashboards and reporting to improve sales productivity and track KPIs.
  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement to deliver impactful sales training and onboarding.
  • Govern the regional sales annual planning process, including quota, headcount, and territory management.
  • Identify and execute opportunities for sales process enhancement across Marketing, Finance, and HR.
  • Lead initiatives through GTM shifts, compensation changes, and coverage realignments.
