Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HR Technology, with deep expertise in hands-on Workday configuration and solution architecture.
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM functionality and HR business processes.
- Familiarity with AI concepts and experience supporting or enabling AI initiatives within Workday or enterprise HR systems.
- Experience with Workday reporting and analytics tools including Custom Reports, Dashboards, Discovery Boards, and Prism Analytics.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering across HR and technical teams.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Sufficient knowledge of English to have professional verbal and written exchanges.
- Experience with enterprise automation tools and AI-enabled workflow solutions (nice-to-have).
- Knowledge of Workday Extend, integrations, or orchestration capabilities (nice-to-have).
- Experience supporting digital transformation or HR modernization initiatives (nice-to-have).
- Familiarity with change management and adoption strategies for new technologies (nice-to-have).
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the AI enablement strategy for Workday HCM.
- Partner with HR leaders and business stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and architect high-impact AI and automation use cases.
- Support and optimize HR business processes through system configuration, automation, and continuous improvement.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and translate new capabilities into actionable business opportunities.
- Drive operational efficiency through automation and data-driven decision-making.
- Build and maintain scalable reporting and analytics solutions using Custom Reports, Dashboards, Discovery Boards, and Prism Analytics.
- Provide guidance and technical expertise on Workday capabilities, reporting, analytics, and solution architecture.
